1. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight and value of your order.
To view the exact shipping cost for your order, add the products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator at checkout.

For orders over AED 200, you qualify for free delivery within the UAE (“Free Deliveries Above 200 AED”)

2. Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information via email or SMS (if applicable).

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time frames vary depending on your location within the UAE and the courier partner’s schedule:

Urban areas: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days

More remote locations: May require additional transit time

These estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched and may vary due to factors beyond our control (for example, weather or courier logistics).

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. For international deliveries or outside the UAE, additional terms and charges may apply — please contact customer support for details.

5. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details (if available). Use the tracking link or code provided to monitor the progress of your shipment.

6. Delivery Issues

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, inability to reach the customer, or other delivery restrictions:

The courier may attempt redelivery.

If the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Please ensure your contact information and delivery address are accurate during checkout.

Returns & Exchange

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Products are unused and in their original condition

Original packaging and labels/tags are intact

Proof of purchase is provided

Please note that some products may not be eligible for return or exchange (for example perishable items).
